In life my heart's companion
With love we had to share
Always there beside me
Our love like breath of air

For years we spent together
Upon my heart will be
Memories that go beyond
The joy you've given me

We always were together
Through life with sun and rain
My most beloved husband
Your spirit now remains

Footsteps that we've taken
Upon a sandy shore
Together we did make them
Such depth of love explored

Light of my tomorrow
That shines so beautifully
Forever hearts are joined now
In peaceful harmony

Your heart I now will carry
No matter where I go
Two hearts as one now beating
I'll always love you so

Years we spent together
They live on endlessly
Love that we created
Was blest with harmony

I know that you are with me
And you will always be
Your glow will always permeate
Your light shines brilliantly.
