Trees are almost barren
Yet there's music in the breeze
Of leaves that twirl a symphony
Of Autumn's song achieved

Soft the wind that's flowing
With leaves in greatest dance
Ballet of the season
God's gift of love enhanced

Heart and mind in motion
Of season's grand devotion
Of colors that are varied
Together all now married

Walking through this splendor
With season of September
Filling me with wonder
Of grandest spell I'm under

Take the time for sharing
The love that Autumn's wearing
Upon the ground in slumber
With colors all asunder
Fill my soul with glory
Of nature's finest story
Our resting for a reason
With thrill of every season.
