With gentle
persuasion
As each day
occurs
Another new
milestone
Is now his or
hers
With God's sweet
perfection
Your smile is
their gift
As eyes are all
widened
Your spirit
shall lift
Treasures are
gathered
In each waking
day
Love is the
answer
That takes us
away
Reaching for
stars now
Your heart is in
rhyme
This child
sweetest essence
Will capture
love's time
So cradle the
warmth
As you'll
reminisce
The love and the
beauty

child's kiss.
