The Passion of The
Christ was the most
heart-rendering
and greatly portrayed
gift of my life in this
century.
I was overwhelmed by the
great humility and
dignity of
this Man of God, a mere
mortal placed on this
earth
to honor His Father and
die for our sins.
Each Station of the
Cross that I walked
through as a child
with the help of the
Sisters of the Good
Shepherd,
who raised me, finally
showed me the greatest
meaning of the "love"
that Our Heavenly Father
had
for His children that He
gave His Only Son to
walk in
the Shadow of a Cross to
bring us to our
salvation.
Yes, the violence of the
Crucifixion was
unbearable, but
we were seeing it
through the eyes of the
Man who
suffered it. I believe
that this movie is a
reminder of
the love that Our
Heavenly Father has for
us all.
So on this Easter I wish
you the love of God and
His
most Beloved Son Jesus.
The simple man of
Nazareth
whose life on earth
brought us to the
understanding and
sacrifice that there
truly is no greater gift
than the gift
of humility, dignity and
resolve to do what His
Father
put Him on this earth to
do. He gave us Life, He
gave us
Humility, He gave us
Love and He gave us His
Only Son
to prove His love for
us. There is no greater
love than that.
Happy Easter and God
Bless You All.
